"Return went okay overall"
I had to return a side table, and the refund took a few days to show up, but it all went through fine in the end. Support did reply, not super quick or anything, but good enoguh for me.

It looked nice at first, but once I saw it in person, it just wasn’t quite my style. The designs felt a bit dated, and the colors seemed kind of off compared to what I expected. Maybe it works better for someone else, but it didn’t really do it for me

I ordered a flat pack cabinet from Temple & Webster and overall it was easy to put together. The instructions were mostly clear and all the pieces were included, which made the whole process less stressful. One step did trip me up for a bit, so it took a little longer than I expected, but I got there in the end. Once assembled, it looks really nice and feels like a good buy.

I ordered a bedside table from Temple & Webster and found the tracking really easy to keep an eye on. The updates came through quickly enough, and I could see where the delivery was without needing to contact anyone or wonder what was going on.

It turned up around the time they said it would, which is really all you want when ordering furniture online. Nothing complicated, no chasing, just clear tracking and a smooth delivery. 5 stars from me...

At first glance it looks fine, so I was hoping I’d be happy with it, but once I actually handled it, it just felt kind of cheap. Maybe I expected too much, but it’s frustrating when something seems decent in the pictures and then doesn’t really feel that way in person.

"Do not buy from them!! I know it's tempting but the stress of not getting your order isn't worth it."

Absolutely HORRID experience.  Worst ever.  Ordered a bed and only some of the parts arrived.  Was told the rest would come the next day.  They didn't.  Got an updated delivery that the parts would come in 2 weeks.  They didn't.  I contacted T&W and they suggested doing an "investigation" that would take 3 to 5 business days to see what happened.  I said just send me the missing parts that you didn't supply.  They agreed, I got an email saying the parts shipped and would arrive in a week.  A week later, still no part and the shipping company has nothing.  I contacted them again and they once more said they needed to do an "investigation" that would take 3 to 5 business days to see what happened.  

All I wanted was to get all the parts to the bed so I could put it together and that didn't happen.  Over a month and a half after my order and a month after some of the parts were delivered, I still didn't have everything.  

Between nearly non existent customer service and an absolute failure to supply the product as ordered in a reasonable amount of time, I will never buy from Temple & Webster again.  Not ever.  I strongly recomment you avoid them like the plague unless you enjoy the stress that comes with not getting your order in a correct or timely manner.
